Terms of Service

These terms cover the use of Bookezy (bookezy.app), operated by Local Empower, Schenectady, NY.
For customers booking a service
Prices shown are estimates set by the business you are booking with. The business confirms the final price before work starts. Your appointment is with that business, not with Bookezy; questions about the work, pricing or scheduling go to the business.
For businesses
You are responsible for the prices, services, service area and hours you give us, and for honoring bookings made through your widget or contacting the customer to change them. You agree to use customer contact information only for the jobs they booked and related service reminders. Plans, pricing and trial terms are agreed separately. You may cancel at any time.
Text messages
Texts are sent only about bookings and quotes customers request. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out.
Availability
We work to keep Bookezy running at all times but can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, Bookezy is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the last three months.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new date above.
